Neil manages the Litigation Department in Boyd Rice Solicitors. He has extensive experience in dealing with all types of injury claims and handles a caseload comprising of road traffic accident claims, accident at work claims and hearing loss claims. He has a particular interest in dealing with claims arising from accidents in the Republic of Ireland or in Europe.

Neil is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Outside of work, Neil enjoys travelling, golf and football.

Claire joined Boyd Rice in 1994 as a Trainee Solicitor. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and she has remained in Boyd Rice Solicitors ever since.

Claire manages the Family and Matrimonial Department and is experienced in all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, property disputes and marriage breakdown, property disputes for unmarried couples, matrimonial/ civil injunctions and matters relating to children.

Claire also manages the Probate and Wills Department. She has an extensive case load of Probate, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership cases. She also advises in respect of criminal law matters.

Ben manages the Property Department in Boyd Rice Solicitors and also has a significant caseload of Litigation files. Ben has enjoyed a wide and varied legal career which has encompassed time as a barrister and at a major international law firm before arriving at Boyd Rice Solicitors.

Christina graduated from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown with First Class Honours in Law with Criminology.

She is a member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Christina began her formal training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in September 2019.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering within her local sports clubs.

Having graduated with first class honours in Social Policy with Criminology, Emma went on to achieve the degree of Masters in Law at Queen’s University Belfast.

Before joining Boyd Rice, Emma worked as a legal executive within the property department of a large regional law firm.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys looking after her horse and playing for her local women’s rugby team.
